It was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had staying some where. The room was FULL of roach bugs. They offered a different room , the second room was worse than the first one. The desk clerk REFUSED to do ANYTHING to make it right or help us at all

The location was close to everything we had planned to do. The staff was amazing! Our front desk clerk gave us a tip on a Free museum day, fixed our cable boxed within minutes of needing help, and brought our kids a boat to play with in the pool.
